Eligibility: Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be enrolled in phase 3 (Medi603) of the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of Wollongong; and demonstrate an interest in a career in General Practice which will be demonstrated through the submission of a 500-1000 (maximum) word essay on 'Primary Care in the Community'. The essay should focus on the applicant's experience in engaging the local community and understanding the unique qualities of General Practice that contribute to primary care in Australia.
