 Description:  The Bob Mierisch Memorial Grant in Civil and Structural Engineering has been established by Judy Mierisch in memory of her late husband, Bob, who was a well-respected civil engineer and construction leader. Bob Mierisch headed Baulderstone Hornibrook for nearly 30 years. He was awarded an AM in 1994 for service to the building and construction industry and the community and he received a Centenary Medal in 2001 for service to Australian society in the technological industry.

 Eligibility:  Applicants must be enrolled full time in the structural engineering specialisation of the civil engineering degree for their final year, or, be enrolled in the accelerated program and enrolled in at least 2 structural engineering courses in their final year and achieve the highest aggregate grade for their penultimate year.
