Description: The scholarship is available for a PhD student to undertake a research project within the Faculty of Health Sciences in the area of coordinating community services to provide safe alternatives to unnecessary hospitalisation, improving the health outcomes of people through developing and implementing health delivery models whereby community organisations are capable of providing an extended range of care services in the home or community setting.
