Description: The Swinburne Excellence Scholarship is available to non-Year 12 high academic achieving students who undertake study at Swinburne University. This scholarship is designed to increase their employability and reward their scholarly pursuit.

Offer Frequency: Annual

Annual Amount: $5,000

Annual Comment: Recipients receive $5,000 per annum for the normal course duration, made in 2 instalments per teaching period (4 instalments per year). In addition, recipients also receive a one-off $2,000 subsidy towards an international study experience.

Eligibility: Applicants must: be domestic students; achieve a high ATAR, or if a direct applicant, be able to demonstrate an exceptional academic record in any non-Year 12 studies; be made an offer and enrol in an undergraduate single or double degree course commencing in Semester 1.

Other Details: No separate scholarship application is necessary, only a normal course application through VTAC or direct to Swinburne (if eligible).
