Description: Curtin University encourages HDR students to publish the results of their research in peer reviewed scholarly media appropriate to the discipline. The PhD Publication Scholarships are available to doctoral students under examination to spend up to 6 weeks preparing publications for high impact journals or equivalent media.

Annual Comment: Successful candidates are paid a stipend to the value of the standard APA rate, pro-rated for the duration of 6 weeks.

Eligibility: Applicants must: not have consumed more than 4 EFTSL at time of thesis submission; be able to submit their thesis within 3 months from scholarship application close date; or have already submitted their thesis within 2 months of the application close date; and enrol full time and 'under examination' at the commencement and during the tenure of the award.
