 Description:  All Access Scholarships are partly funded by the Federal Department of Education's Higher Education Participation Program (HEPP). HEPP aims to ensure that Australians from low SES backgrounds who have the ability to study at university get the opportunity to do so. Students offered an Access Scholarship for First Year Undergraduates may undertake any undergraduate degree course at Swinburne.

 Eligibility:  Applicants must: be Australian citizens, permanent residents or holders of a humanitarian visa; be commencing a full-time undergraduate degree in Semester 1, 2015; have relocated from a rural or regional area in order to study; be able to demonstrate financial need; and be able to demonstrate social disadvantage.

 Target Group:  Educational disadvantage, Rural and isolated area resident

 Other Details:  Application must be made through VTAC by completing the VTAC Scholarship Application which is available through the VTAC user account.
