Eligibility: Applicants must: be Australian citizens, permanent residents with a Humanitarian Visa, or a permanent resident who has been in Australia for the last 12 months; be enrolled in an eligible postgraduate level program such as a Graduate Diploma, Graduate Certificate or Masters by Coursework and be able to demonstrate financial hardship. Preference is given to applicants who are Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, have a disability or medical condition, or who come from a low socioeconomic background.
