Description: The Jumbunna Postgraduate Research Scholarship is offered to commencing Indigenous Australian students of exceptional research potential to undertake a higher degree by research at UTS. Preference is given to students who are completing a research project that has the potential to benefit Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Eligibility: Applicants must: be UTS students who are of Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent; and have been accepted into a higher degree by research at UTS. Selection is based on: academic merit in previous studies; research and other relevant experience; research capacity of applicants; and potential for the proposed research project to benefit Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
