Description: Danielle Nicole Sirmai, nee Feller, was a brilliant young lawyer and a rising star in the legal profession, especially in the areas of international commercial arbitration and private international law. She was a Senior Associate lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills. She was a kind, generous and passionate person with an infectious laugh and an intellect and insight beyond her years. In everything she did, she acted with the highest integrity and faultless modesty. This award was established in Danielle's honour to promote and foster further study of international arbitration and private international law and develop expertise in these fields in Australia.
