Description: The purpose of the award is to encourage UNSW medical students to undertake an ILP (Independent Learning Project) relevant to Indigenous health. All medical students must complete an ILP as part of their medicine degree at UNSW. The ILP is intended to provide students with a period of in-depth study that engenders an approach to medicine that is constantly questioning and self-critical.
