Description: The Australian Mariners Welfare Society (AMWS) is a non-profit organisation that provides welfare services to ex-seafarers and promotes the training and professional development of current seafarers. The AMWS offers scholarships to assist students undertaking courses at AMC in relevant maritime disciplines. The scholarship is available for application in Semesters 1 and 2 each year.
