Description: Victoria University and Western Water are offering a PhD scholarship to investigate algal treatment of wastewater with recovery of algae for biofuel production. The project seeks to identify appropriate algae for treatment of wastewater and for maximising biofuel production, development of a model relating algal growth to wastewater quality and to investigate techniques for algal harvesting.
